Shiksha ladder's study material engages the student so that it goes beyond the simple words they are trying to learn but instead becomes a concept that they truly understand. The study material is prepared in a way that is interactive and engages the student. This way, they can truly understand and absorb the concept and remember it for a longer time.

Our material is proofread, reviewed, and edited by our faculty members every year to remain relevant, challenging, and up-to-date. By providing students with challenging questions regularly, we train their minds to crack the toughest nuts. With a vast number of solved examples that vary in difficulty, we provide our students with different level of problems so that they can easily tackle them when faced in the main examination.

Monitor Your Ward's Performance

Our system focuses on the growth of our students, as a result of which we as an institution also grow. Being true to our core value of transparency, we make it easy for parents to track the attendance and performance of their ward.

If any parent or student has a grievance or wishes to provide feedback, they can reach out to specific faculties, the centre head, or the founder. Parents get a dedicated login on the Shiksha Ladder App for the same.

Refund Plolicy

In case for any unforeseen reasons, where a student expresses his intention of withdrawing his/her admission, they need to submit the written application along with the valid reason.

The following Terms and Condition will be applicable:

1. The date of submission of written application for refund will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.
2. Registration, Study material, test series, crash course fee are non-refundable and can't be refunded in any circumstances.
3. Day 1 will be considered from the date of first installment or batch commencement date, whichever is earlier.
4. GST or any Taxes would not be refunded.

Mode of Payment: All refunds shall be paid through Cheque/Online Transfer ONLY in the account of the student/parent. Shiksha Ladder shall not be held responsible/accountable for crediting refund money. to the wrong account due to incorrect details submitted by the student/parent.
